How long have you know your best friend?

We've been BFFs for seven years and I'm in love with him.

 

Since middle school when I moved to this crazy town, she's been there to keep me sane. You know that feeling when it feels like the world is against you, and finally someone is there by your side. It's strange, really. I wish we could talk more often.

It really takes a saint to see anything in a screw-up like myself, I don't know how but I'm thankful.

 

I've got two super close friends, known one for about twelve years and the other for about ten. We've been through a lot together and I appreciate them so much

 

For 14 years, since we were 4 years old.

 

About 8 years, and still puts up with my shit when I need him without question. I need to talk to him more often though. We've been split by my migration from FL to PA :/

 

10 years. We even dated for a year and a half when we were teenagers. We had a huge argument that involved politics and we even argued about who initiated the breakup. We avoided each other for a year after the breakup. So maybe I should say 9 years XD

Ive known him for 13 years, but we've only been best friends for around 9 years.

He lives a few hours away now, but i should definitely plan a trip up there soon.

 

Actually, my best friends are twins lol. And we have known each other since 10th grade so that makes it... almost five years?

 

Since 6th and 9th grade. So...14 and 11 years, respectively? Jesus..I'm old. x_x

 

I don't have a best friend, I prefer to have lots of friends who aren't very close. However, I've known most of those friends for three years, some for longer (about six years). There's one in particular who I knew well during Cub Scouts (age 8-10) then lost contact when we both left, but last year he joined my school and we're friends again.

 

I wouldn't say we're really bestfriends anymore (he sorta went his own way over the last year) but I've known him since 2005.

 

I guess I've got two really close friends. One gal I've known 13 years. She's amazing, smart and kind, and is really enthusiastic about trees She's in charge of cleaning up and looking after a piece of bush near where I live, and is very supportive of my transition. She gets a hard time from her family, though, so she's never been very happy.
My other friend I've known 5 years and she's always been working herself too hard. She's incredibly generous and determined to help people. She's actually going on a trip to Cambodia soon, which she's been fundraising for for years. I'm really proud of her and I'm sure she'll go so far in life.
I don't see them much, though, cos I'm not at school much and they're always busy. It always feels like I'm being left behind in the dust when I compare myself to them, but I hope that soon I'll be able to spend more time with them. Hopefully when the T starts working

I had a really good friend that I knew for about a year, but we ended up growing apart. Still miss her.

My best friend now though I've known for 2 years.

 

Have been best friends for 10 years, knew each other for longer. I don't think we will ever grow apart.

 

24 years... God I'm old

 

10 years... But the last year hasn't been the greatest :-(

He's decided to get into drugs and I'm not into that stuff so...

 

18 years, it's been quite a trip!

 

I don't really have any one person I'd call my "best friend". I'd say I'm reasonably close to quite a few people but I don't think there's any one person I can confide everything to.
