J'avais reve d'une autre vie [I dreamed a dream] Les Mis

Mon coeur suvivra pour toi [My heart will go on] Titanic

I know both of them in English so I can understand the translation to French, and the music makes learning the French easier.

I would say it's no secret that I like some K-Pop songs. There's also some Spanish and Japanese songs I like.

With K-Pop, I like some original songs but I prefer remixes by Areia Creations. Areia Creations is probably what actually got me into it.
    I like both of these

I also like some vocaloid (which is in Japanese). Some vocaloid songs are funny and others can be pretty serious and dark. I like both!
Lost One's Weeping (dark and serious)

    Childish War (more upbeat)

Oh man I think there's at least one song I like in a bunch of different languages. I like a few German rock bands like Rammstein and Tokyo Hotel. I love Gaelic music, especially Scottish Gaelic. Nightwish is pretty dope. I listen to Spanish music too. I like stuff from Shakira, some spanish rock bands and of course Selena.(And no I don't mean Selena Gomez >___>)

From what I've heard (which isn't alot) I like K-pop and J-pop. Wish I knew someone who was obsessed with that music to recommend what to listen to. Its a little overwhelming! Being an anime fan I also listen to a lot of Japanese songs. I also listen to any Native music I can find, traditional or modern.

I love Sigur Ros too! My favorite song is Hoppipolla, it has a very sentimental meaning for me.

I really like this old Italian song from the WWII years; it's called 'Bella Ciao' and you should listen to it if you get chance.

More than half of the songs I like are in a foreign language, mostly Japanese because I'm learning it. (Does it count as 'foreign' if I can understand it?) Right now I'm listening to a Chinese song by Yang Peiyi. Yesterday I was listening to a Spanish song, Escapar (Escape) by Enrique Iglesias. I also listen to French songs, Russian songs, Swedish songs... oh, and lots of Korean songs. Especially 'Echo' by Girls' Generation! Whatever sounds good, really. Maybe 40% of the music I like is in English. If even that.

I think the only songs I know that are in a different language are Rammstein-Du Hast, Richie Valens- LA Bamba and 99 Luftballoons.

Personally, I listen to a lot of Vocaloid songs. (mainly in Japanese)
some songs I would definitely recommend:
Lost one's weeping - kagamine rin
world domination how to - kagamine rin and len
    goodbye - hatsune miku
    lie - megurine luka
    I (love) - gumi
    Jack the ripper - gumi
dancer in the dark - megurine luka
    echo - gumi
    rolling girl - hatsune miku

:NOTE: some of these songs MAY be slightly triggering to extremely sensitive individuals. (some of them are kinda dark :/ )
But I hope you like them!

You know, we Swedes are still extremely perplexed on how that fucking song got so popular. It's just some nonsensical kid's disco song.

Also, I just remembered that I occasionally just chill out to some Edith Piaf. Terrible parent that one, but boy oh boy can she sing.

Here's a list of some favourites of mine in to me unintelligeble languages:
(Japanese) Pendulum In My Heart (心中的鐘擺) Ann Sally - 安佐里
(Japanese) Twilight Beguine (黃昏的輕吟) Ann Sally - 安佐里

(Mongolian) Urna Chahar Tugchi - Hodoo

(Icelandic) Ólöf Arnalds - Innundir Skinni

(Brazilian) Elis Regina - Águas de Março

(French) Bon Bon Bon - Vanessa and the O's not sure about the name of the band or song, but I think this is right.
(French) Plastic Bertrand - Ca Plane Pour Moi

I have some hip hop tunes as well in french and some slavic language but I can't remember the name of any of them. I really don't know that much music in other languages but I would love to hear more.

If anyone is interested in swedish music just ask!

I would love to find some german music, however most of the german/austrian music I know is of the horrible tyroler schlager type. I've had plenty enough of that throughout my years visiting the alps. But anything like some hip-hop, jazz, blues, folk or alternative would be really cool. It's really hard to find interesting stuff, but if anyone has some tips I'd really appreciate hearing em.

Additional foreing language songs, with the added aspect of being religious songs, despite me being an atheist:

I can heartily recommend the album from which this song is only one part; Calling all dawns by Christopher Tin.
