    Well what do you expect.

The self-righteous are the most easily offended.

But seriously, I would think Ofcom will reject the complaints, out of hand, as the clip is less explicit than most 'hetro' encounter on the BBC or ITV.

A bit of online research seems to indicate that Coronation Street is typically watched by between 5 and 10 million people. So 150 complaints is pretty small potatoes when measured against the total number of viewers.

I remember seeing a comment of a parent complaining about a gay kiss in Walking Dead where she said, "I'm going to stop letting my kids watch this!". Like the gore and blood is fine but a gay kiss? Noooo. People are hypocritical idiots sometimes. Guys, kiss away! The hotter(subjective I know) the better.

Sometimes the Hetero sex on tv shows are either: cringey or they show too much sex.

How many of those complaints were filed by the same people or the same group of people? Still, it is a fairly small amount given how many people watch that program.

I'm more grossed out by most hetero kisses. They are far more sexual and more inappropriate to show on tv. People need to stop complaining.

I'm glad they rejected the complaints. Why can't people just get over themselves? The world is devoid of the only emotion which binds and strengthens humanity. For god's sake it is love. All that we ever see reported in the news is rapes, murders, deaths and illnesses. We live in a corrupted world where its inhabitants aren't affected by and even approve of their children viewing violent and extreme content! Whenever two people love each other unconditionally and maybe share a harmless peck on the lips, these same people raise their red flags and object with disapproval. Shameful hypocrites. People will never fucking change :tears:

The louder they object, the more vocal we will be at expressing our love to our significant others. Whenever they attempt to raise their red flags, we will raise our rainbow flags.

This may sound militant but I'm fed up and exhausted.

150 is a pretty low number compare to the things a game reviewer get for making a controversial review on a popular game these days. There are always people who gets angry about things just for the sake of being angry.

Glad they rejected them at least, it shows some people still have brains. I appreciate brains, and not in a zombie sort of way.

But in all honesty, a straight couple could screw in the middle of the room and it wouldn't get this many complaints.

Personally, I don't really like to see any kissing on TV - of any sexuality. But it happens so if I don't want to watch then I can always turn my head away.
For people to make a complaint about it to ITV smacks of boredom.
