Hi, I've been trying to gain weight, including more muscle lately, and I've had success in gaining muscle in my thighs, and I want to gain more in my calves. I was wondering if anyone had advice for exercises that can help with that. Thanks !
^^ if you want more variation do them with you feet turned in, straight, and turned out. if you want it to be harder do it with your toes on something raised (like a textbook or something) or keep your heels off the floor the whole time. you can also do one foot at a time to make it harder (stand on one foot and do it)
