That's tough. I think it's based on context. some people flirt just for fun, so in that case no, i do that myself. If they mean to do more than have fun, I'd have to politely decline but it would only make me mad if they persisted from there.

I know some people that do that, I just ignore it because if I pay attention, yeah it'll grind my gears.
