On the one hand, enjoyed spending time with my friend and was glad we had an opportunity for one-on-one time finally. On the other, she's still hung up on her (ex-)boyfriend who, apparently, still cares about her as won't open up about getting back together and/or what they need to work on.

Honestly I don't know how to regard their relationship, whether it's worth salvaging or not; though concerned she's letting herself continue to think a healthy one is possible. Which I don't think it would be. :icon_sad:

I've had headaches for this past week and just realized the cause: I've been drinking close to or over one gallon of (unsweet) tea a day.

Starting the job search again. My absolute favorite part is the constant rejection

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Get that unsweet tea out of here, it has no place being here. Replace the unsweet tea with sweet tea, and you'll be feeling better in no time

So my neighbors got into yet another domestic disturbance last night, and after being called a fat bitch, the wife got in her car and drove it into her husband's truck before driving away.

It's especially hard when they're family, and they mean the world to me and I'm worried if I stand my ground then I'm silencing them--since I've gotten the "I guess you don't want me to talk" or "Fine, I'll just be over here shutting my mouth like I'm supposed to" before and that makes me insecure.

Keep it that way, for your health and for your reputation among the world of real tea drinkers.

The taste of sweet tea actually makes me feel ill - the best part about black tea is the bitterness and the tannic texture which sugar overwhelms.

I will lose my reputation as a Texan and gain reputation as a connoisseur of the Camelia sinensis .

My grandma used to drink a 6-pack of Dr Pepper a day and switched to a gallon of sweet tea a day. I just picked up where she left off (she lived to almost 95). I was raised on sweet tea but I was pretty sure I'd end up very overweight and/or diabetic if I didn't curtail consumption. But, I dislike still water. I love mineral and sparkling. And, I prefer a taste to the liquid I drink. I'm probably just gonna go to a gallon of rooibos a day since it's caffeine-free.

Red bush, here I come :roflmao:.

Do I let people walk all over me and not realise it until others point it out to me? :frowning2:
