    So my family is celebrating my birthday a few weeks late due to scheduling. Booze is being imbibed. My mom and dad are going to go on a trip. My mom is definetely buzzed and is talking about if the plane goes down how much my brother and I will get and blah blah blah. Talking about how to divide it is annoying. Just split it in half.

    People who say shit like "oh, I support queer representation in literature, film, music, etc" but then can't actually name five queer artists are the fucking worst. You can't say you support representation when you don't practice it. Read fucking shit your queer friends write. Watch queer movies. Listen to fucking music. Actually do shit to support the representation you so desperately want to pretend you're all for.

    I have no idea where to even find LGBT+ stuff. Not like I can go to the library and say "Hey you got the book about the cute gay guys who meet each other in the dog park and feel in love a little each day as the contuine to walk their dogs together?"     Yeah, that's dumb. You shouldn't have to be an expert/immersed in queer media to want to see more of it. If anything, that sort of proves the point, considering you have to go out of your way and do a bit of digging to discover queer artists, since they're not readily available.
