Is it sad that I'm looking up to anime characters again as heroes and role models? Like, I got into My Hero Academia and I admire the main character, Izuku, so much on a deep level. It's kind of like how I am with Deadpool, I don't know --- there's just so much I want to embody and aspire to be, even if I'm as old as I am.

Sadly, I feel as if Im slipping back into depression again. Every since school has restarted I feel the stress of re-integrating back into the mould society has for a typical 18 year old student. I just cant handle it if Im not interested. Even if it directly affects my future, Im just too apathetic to care about it. This kind of mindset is troubling and worrying and I really hate the fact that I have to spend an unnecessary amount of time in order to fight against these intrusive and defeatist type of thoughts.

 

Watching owls defend their nest from a group of crows. Live theatre. Very cool.

 

Don't worry, it's a natural evolution. Later on you'll become completely dead inside and then you'll feel nothing for a while. Then you'll start feeling again (but still be dead deep down) and become content with making the most of things, while acknowledging that the world is shit. Then... Well, I haven't gotten that far yet, I'll let you know what the next step is once I find out~
