Hmm. My pride does not start until towards the end of June.. I have no idea on what to tell my parents about it. Maybe I will just ask my dad about going to this big outdoor party that will kick off Pride.. He's more understanding tbh.. So hopefully I will be able to go even tho I do not know who I am!

I thought about going to a parade. They want transgender people to lead it in light of everything going down in the South, and to show support for there transgender friends/family.
But honestly I don't pass so what if someone thinks I'm faking being trans, and also I have no ride to the place. Its like an hour away, and I feel awkward asking anyone to take me as it is.

I'm quite fearful of crowds, so I wouldn't go to the festival my city holds. I'll probably just stay in...

Respond to incredibly stupid threads about how pride is too sexual, and modern gayz are dragging down the movement that most of the people complaining weren't even alive to participate in.

I've got a bunch of trips and time off coming up, so I doubt I'll do anything pride-related this year. Maybe pop by the local pride festivities in August, but that's about it. I did an LGBT charity walk and raised a bunch of money earlier this year, so I figure I've done my "duty" for 2016 :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

My Pride doesn't happen until mid-July unfortunately, but I'll definitely be a part of the parade and hopefully watch my city raise the rainbow flag again.

So far, it's just the youth pride dance in Boston with my sister and one of my best friends.

I may make it out to San Francisco Pride; I've been before (with a bunch of straight friends who have no idea I'm not straight), but it was a lot of fun and I wouldn't mind going again. It's a chance to get tanked during the day--I'm not going to say no to that :sunglasses:
