Or will it cause some sort of weird damage? I recently started wearing sports bras not only for sport but also for general days. I find them much more comfortable and they reduce the breast size a little, which I really like since I have rather big boobs and I don't hate them, but I'd really like to look adrogynous (hope I didnt misspell that). I don't want to wear a binder, just a sports bra, but I heard that wearing them everyday will make your boobs saggy etc. Any opinions or help?
Yeah, it's fine, as long as it's not too tight. I wear a sports bra quite often cause it's just more comfortable in my opinion.

Hm, well I guess you are quite lucky as my sports bras don't really do much for me at all. I swear, I can get the same effects out of a "comfort bra" that I can get from a sports bra, which I have edited to compress harder by crossing the straps over, and wearing it on the tightest setting, my huge things still stick out like normal. I don't know if its the fact I have huge balloons or something, but I wouldn't recommend them at all. Maybe its different for everyone though I don't know. And no, I don't think they would cause sag, I mean, they still hold them up and all so it should be fine. I really need a binder damit...
Just wear it, they are fine. Sports Bras don't do any damage at all. I am like SAYGEUR, I really need a binder soon.
Sports bras are sooooo supportive. They are fine to wear every day as long as they aren't too tight or too loose.
Should be fine. The thing about the sagging usually only happens a bit if it's much tighter than a normal sports bra.
