    What works for me is watching a few videos by my favourite Youtuber. No matter how shitty I feel, that always makes me feel ten times better just because I always end up grinning like an idiot.

    When I'm feeling down, I put my headphones on, play some of my favourite music and draw my negative feelings on the paper.

    Watching your favourite tv show or movie helps too. :slight_smile:
