I ate a meal of unspiced, boiled, scrambled eggplant, chopped raw parsnip and sunchoke, a habanero, a tangerine, and some eggplant tea.

Usually, I prefer not to eat meat due to pain from gastroesophageal reflux disease.

By the way, the eggplant tea was delectable for me. I recommend that you make some by boiling a chopped eggplant. :icon_bigg

White rice boiled with coconut oil, amchoor, and ginger. Poured a ton of amchoor on it when it was done. Used congealed chicken broth to moisten it, with a little bit of green beans and chicken on the side.

Just a basic chicken patty. I'll probably have some watermelon before I go to work. Finally warming up where I live.

Tried one of those 4/$3 packets of microwavable macroni and cheese to see if they were worth buying at that price.

Nope, tastes worse than instant ramen. Now I'm making some pierogies for dinner (and by "making" I mean "boiling" :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:).

I honestly don't remember. It was either half a candy bar or leftover tuna helper. I'm pretty sure the next thing I'm going to do is eat all the hot pockets in my freezer.

I just made a tamale pie  Founding the recipe in a 50s cookbook for housewives. It's still in the oven, but going to be eating it soon.
