I wouldn't be, if that ever happened.

Probably...I'd be in my feelings and likely cuss them out under my breath, but that's about it.

No, I won't feel offended. You are just telling the truth without any bad words.

Obviously if someone who you are interested in rejects you it feels bad BUT it's whole a lot thing to be offended or taken personally. People are different and not everyone is a good match. That's just life and a person who takes a kind rejection badly is either immature or with weak self-esteem and it's not really your problem.

"Offended" is not the right word, but I would be bummed, no doubt. No one wants to hear that.

  8. I wonder if anyone has received nasty comments. What has been told to you?

One man called me a mess sexually and how he was just trying to help me, when I told him that I'm not interested in sex with him. This man told me that he's very confident and can get so many women. He would even hate on me for having "low self-esteem."

Another man told me, "you're not pretty enough for the guys you like. I can get women way better looking than you."

Both of these men interestingly were ex-partners. They wanted me to keep having sex with them when I didn't want to, after we broke up.

I am pretty sensitive, so nasty comments like that can take me awhile to get over.

Nope. It's funny because in middle school I was always called ugly. Now that I'm older (I hope I don't sound conceited ) I always get people asking me for my number or email outside of school. It's strange because they're always people I don't even know or much older. I wouldn't be offended because if that person isn't attracted to me I just think of this meme: you're the reason someone masturbates at night...
It sounds hella creepy but it keeps me positive. People find different people attractive.

Wow, pardon me for not reading all your responses before replying. That guy is the insecure one. And a jackass. His opinion isn't worth your time.

I have not received nasty comments thankfully but it's probably due to the fact that I don't usually make any advances on anyone. Plus, I was the prime target for school bullies for years so I don't get upset easily. It's amazing how that desensitizes one.

LOL @ those guys. Their own desperation is so obvious from their comments. If what they said was actually true there wouldn't be any need to say it aloud. Especially true for the guy who felt the need to state that he can get better looking women than you. If that was true then he would be getting them instead of trying to insult you.

Whenever someone is nasty to you when you politely reject them you can be damn sure it's their self-esteem that and insecurity who is doing the talking. It's not actually meant to be said to you but they try to convince themselves that what they said is true.

Not really I mean I already have a low self esteem so I'm kind of used to it but I would be sort of sad and I would just come to the terms and try and understand the person I wouldnt bash them everyone has there own preferences although we "society" should not base people on looks but I guess it is how it is lol my friends are my age and have kissed atleast one person and here I am with my crap face still unkissable due to my looks XD so yah I wouldn't care much

I hear it an endless amount of times from a bazillion guys, so I'm pretty much used to it personally.

I was talking to this one guy online a couple years ago and we were cool until he threw out this question one day of why older people and black people found him attractive(he said it in a way like he found it offensive that someone of either could). When he found out I was the latter, he basically went on a pissed rant about me being an ugly dark fuck and that he'd never even be friends with someone like me.

  15. Off topic, but I'm kind of impressed that bullying desensitized you. I have been bullied, but I'm still sensitive! I think mean comments for me bring back memories of other mean things.

Yeah, those insults make a good story!

Not gonna lie, that would leave me quite distressed. But it's just the truth, so why bother? Also depends on whether I cared about said person's opinion.

No, not at all; as long as you're kind about it. I may not be happy about the situation, but hardly offended.
