I have just been prescribed hormones and can pick them up tonight or tomorrow. It's such a big step. I want to start them for their benefit but I'm also freaking out about side effects with blood clots and... aghhhh.

God damn I'm so conflicted lately. Normally I don't post too many threads, especially like this seeking direct help or guidance but I'm freaking out as well as happy.

Just do it!! Go and pick them up right now. The reward is greater than the risk so just do it!

    Wow, congratulations sister!

If I were you I don't think I'd be able to resist getting them immediately. But do whatever you're comfortable with. If that means waiting a sec and digesting the news, do that. Anyway, you got this. I'm thrilled for you Kasey.

Congrats, Kasey. It's going to take time for your system to adjust to the pills, it won't be all swallow, and the next sec you'll feel different. Also the risks depends on how good you take care about yourself, what you eat, if you get enough sleep and enough spots, etc.

All the women I know told me it changes the game big time, and none of them regretted it.

    Don't worry, it'll be okay.

There's a guy who claims that if you say I love you and I thank you to the medicine it will remove all the side effects. It may sound strange but there's Ho'oponopono technique, there's Emoto's water experiments and there are many other people who use love for healing so it's worth a try. :icon_wink

Don't focus on the risks, they're so small. The chance you'll get very happy from them is way, way bigger.

Serious side effects are uncommon. Also, I'm really happy for you :eusa_clap I thought you were on hormones already judging by how femme you look. I know you'll love hormones.

if they were prescribed it means it's the right dosage for you, so don't worry! just get checked every now and then and everything will be ok!
