    Hi,

    I recently met someone who is a rice queen and it's the first time I've ever heard something like Rice Queen. I was surprised. And now I'm wondering if there are any rice queen or asian lovers in this forum? Could you tell me more about being a rice queen and the experience?

    I am not a rice queen. However, I'm not against dating Asian guys, or guys of any race for that matter. I guess rainbow queen would be the best way to describe me :wink:

    I would totally date an Asian guy, but it wouldn't be because he's Asian. I care about personality far more.

    ...I had to google rice queen to understand. That was confusing!

    Wellll...as a female, it's...this is so complicated to type out XD

    Personally I've always been more attracted to Asian features, as compared to the other races. (As a side note, it's not that I haven't interacted with other races- I've travelled to quite a few places, and I do think that Asians are the cutest XD)

    Welp that came out weird.

    Honestly I'm surprised by these answers. Where I live, it's very rare to hear anything positive from people about asians especially when it comes to Chinese people. Most of the gay people I've met doesn't want to date any Chinese guys, makes me question myself why... Could be because of the stereotypes and the superstitious beliefs from the multi social media.

    I tend to be more attracted to Asian men but something like "Rice Queen" just makes it sound like some dirty fetish.:shrug:

    I like Asian guys. I met quite a few while vacationing in LA a month ago and they always had to second guess me: "Do you like Asian guys?" "Yes." "Are you sure you're fine with Asians?"

    Same i'm half Asian (Filipino to be more exact) so that's why I was kind of curious to find out what the meaning behind it was.. Besides I've met a ton of people (mostly guys) saying weird stuff about Asians. Like "I'd never date white girl but you're half Asian so I'll make an exception", "Asians are hot", "I've always dated Asian girls", etc.

    I hear ton of people saying weird stuff about Asians, but mostly in a negative way.
    Never have I ever heard anyone say "I'd never date white guy but you're Asian so I'll make an exception", "Asians are hot", "I've always dated Asian guy", etc. Not even from gay guys. Maybe European aren't into Asians guys, unless they're Rice queens or if they're over the age of 40?

    Ugh, I hate how a few fetishists have ruined this for everyone. I don't elevate them above others, but try to treat/see them as equals. Anyone who says Daniel Henney isn't attractive must be out of their mind.

    I'll admit, I think Asian people are extremely attractive, in general, but not in a crazy 'I'll only date Asian people' way. Just that I find most Asian people to be attractive.

    Love my Filipinos XD. Jk jk that sounds really bad. But on another note I grew up on rice and beans and can eat white rice all day. Black beans and rice is really good if no one has ever tried it before.

    Maybe it's more of an American thing? A lot of my Asian friends here have said they've had people say that to them too. Or that it doesn't happen as much in other countries. IDK.

    I'm into Asian guys, as they are my preference. I've lived in an Asian-majority neighborhood all my life, so maybe that played a role.

    However, I'm open to dating other ethnic groups!
