    I do have one tip that might help the pre-t guys though. Work out. I'm completely serious. Even if all you're doing is walking for 20 minutes around the block, exercise can help boost your testosterone levels and can boost your mood. Weight lifting can also help you build up your arms, chest, and help you develop a slightly more masculine figure. Even if you don't see a lot of results from bench pressing, you're gonna feel a lot better. I've been on a routine for a week and already feel yards better, so believe me it's gonna keep you sane at the very least.
