    That would be great! I hope Asia starts legalizing gay marriage in more countries.

    It is somewhat of a sign of progress, considering that the court actually took up the case instead of dismissing it entirely. But we will have to see if they plan to make this a case against LGBT marriage or not.

    It's nice progress. Like you say, RainDreamer, the fact that it's not dismissed immediately says something. :icon_bigg

    I don't expect to much from it, but it's uplifting news at least. =)

    Brave man to make such an appeal in China, although as he says legally he is likely to be successful!

    This is nice, but there is no real judicial power in China, not unless the Party gives a particular decision its approval.

    I doubt it'll work out positive, but I'm just a pessimist. Hopefully China's next on the list for marriage equality if all goes well.
