Have You Ever Seen A Ghost?

    I've seen them on several occasions. First time, I was 6 and standing in a certain area of my yard. At the time, I didn't know what was going on, but in retrospect it was clearly a spirit/ghost. I heard a boy speak with me, and I talked back. His name was David and he was a bit older than me. We had a bit of a conversation, but there was no one there. This happened again later in the year, and in the same spot in the yard. I would frequently hear footsteps in the house it seemed, but no one was there. Then, when I was 14, I looked in the mirror to see a bloody, mummified severed head on my pillow :eek: Furthermore, the road behind my house was called "ghost road" :eek: Seeing that thing kinda freaked me out obviously, but I maintained a composure at the time. However, I was scared to look in the mirror for quite a while after that. I used to just find myself worried I'll see it again, but luckily I never did.

    Then, when I was in my teens, I was working at a historical village where I heard footsteps upstairs, and no one was up there! Then, I experienced more ghostly phenomena when I was away at college. I was walking down a street with old houses that are rumored to be haunted, and I kid you not the street was fully teeming with spirits! I swear, I saw shadows in the houses. I felt presences all around, and there were probably a dozen or more of them!

    Then, I looked up the next day and the types of ghosts I noticed all matched up exactly to the residents of the houses I noticed them in. Furthermore, other people had seen the exact same ghosts, I heard the next day!

    Now, it also seems that there may be a ghost in the house I am currently living in. A couple of times I have seen the shadow of a man and felt an unusual presence. So, yeah I have seen ghosts on multiple different occasions, and I have even talked to ghosts. To be honest, having seen them this much in my life when nobody else in my family has makes me think that I may have the gift of mediumship. I'm not sure though, maybe it's just luck that I've encountered all these ghosts? Anyways, if you've ever seen one, please share your experiences.

    I've never seen a ghost. If they did exist I doubt they would be visible or hearable ect. since they have no physical form.

    Yeah, do you live an occupied house or do you have some type of abilities? I'm not sure, but given the fact that I have seen and heard so many ghosts, I am thinking I may have the ability of mediumship. I'm not sure though.

    I've seen various types of entities. However, I'm not sure if any of them could've been considered ghosts. The only ones I've heard were definitely demonic in nature. Though once, I did hear a voice that claimed to be my deceased father. I'm still not 100% sure, but I think it may have been a demon trying to trick me. It only introduced itself before abruptly becoming silent.

    My family has a...history...in the supernatural department, i guess you could say. My great grandfather on my dad's side claimed to be abke to heal people just by touching them, and he purportedly could predict the future. My mother has been part of some traditional african "secret societies", and an aunt from my dad's side says she can see ghosts. And so does my cousin, her daughter. There's alot more, but i don't wanna share too much personal info. Also, it's almost 3AM. I personally don't believe in supernatural stuff, but i do consider the possibility that some people have experienced some pretty freaky stuff.

    If you're interested in developing this gift, you may want to consider using gemstones. Labradorite and Moonstone both facilitate the growth of psychic abilities. They're extremely protective too.

    I saw one when I was little in my grandparents bedroom. I thought it was mom at first, then when I realized it wasn't I got really scared and ran away. I took my mom to show her it, but it was gone when we went back.

    I saw a duplicate of my roommate. It was the middle of the night, I heard someone wiggling the door handle. I noticed it was her, wearing what she fell asleep in, I had a weird feeling though, it was really creepy. She wasn't able to open the door so the knob just kept woggling. Then I rolled over to go back to bed and she was laying in the bed sound asleep! When I asked her about it the next morning she said it never happened. There were more stories around that time but that was the only one I actually witnessed.

    Not personally.

    I've heard stories of my mother and aunts who grew up in a house filled with ghosts. It was built on top of an Indian burial ground. They said they've seen ghosts (or maybe demons since they said they were completely black). Im inclined to believe them although I never personally had any experience with ghosts.
