How do you celebrate your birthday?

Usually i try ignoring it but every time it comes around mom makes sure to buy cake and stuff. A whole freaking cake that we won't finish anyways. Just waiting for her to drop it somehow. (happened quite a few times now lol)

 

I don't celebrate it. I just have dinner with my family. I usually turn off my phone on my birthday so people don't call me.

 

I don't. That's what happens when one has no friends and almost all of their family either lives too far away or don't celebrate it because of stupid-ass religious reasons.

 

I've never made any fuss over it. Just another day, and in all likelihood, I will be working as usual.

When I was a kid my family would usually keep it pretty simple. We'd have a small thing at home where I'd open gifts and have cake. We'd occasionally have an outing the next weekend. As an adult it's basically the same thing. I browse Facebook, go out for dinner, and (now that I'm 21) knock back a drink.

 

My b-day is just another day. I can celebrate myself anytime I want!

I remember my 18th birthday; I just drank a lot of Red Bull and listened to Dark Psychedelic Trance

I need to be bribed in order to attend parties. And for some reason I feel the need to outdo presents.

My parents usually used to go over the top! 5 star hotel for the night, surprise midnight holiday and whatnot. Since coming out they have been a bit tepid...it's now more of a midnight cake and dinner the next day thinf.

This year i'm not with family so just doing dinner and movie with some friends. My birthday comes at an awkward time cus everyones hungover from new years eve and/or not back to university from their winter vacation so not many friends are usually around!

 

I don't really celebrate my birthday, and not too many people in my life actually know when it is

Although, every year, I make myself a pan of brownies to just kind of reward myself surviving another 12 months And because I need an excuse to eat a whole pan of brownies.

 

my birthday is new year eve so i drink & watch dick clark's new years rocking eve.

What I always realize when celebrating my birthday is how much I am loved. Every year, I wound up celebrating with various people throughout the whole month because everyone wants to do something special for me which makes me feel really special even though I tell them not to do so. Nonetheless, my birthdays have become very special moments in my life that I will never forget because of all the love that is shown to me.

 

I still live with my parents and fmaily so I get to choose where we go out to dinner that night or what my parents make if I want to stay home.

 

This year I went out with a friend and had Chinese.

 

Generally speaking I don't tell any of my friends because of Birthdat Beats.
Other than that I have cake, presents, and an interesting meal.

 

This year, my dad took me out to eat. Other than that, nothing.
