Do looks matter?

Too a certain extent, yeah. The fact of this world is that looks do matter, but I can be won over by someone with an amazing personality even if they lack in the looks department. But it's all weights and measures, hard to say plainly 'yes' or 'no'.

 

Someone has to be at least a little cute, but after that it's all about personality.

But to be fair, what I consider cute is not really usual. Like, a lot of the people I find very attractive are not the standard version of attractive. I prefer people who look interesting to the normal ideal of gorgeous. Also, the way you carry yourself would attract me more than like the shape of your face or such. Does that make any sense? \_(ツ)_/¯

If it's not in a relationship way, I don't really care what people look like. Short of smelling weird, it makes very little difference to me.

 

Looks count for something, yes... But they don't matter... I mean you can think, "oh they look cute."
But you don't want to have a relationship with someone only for looks. Not long term, that is. You can have a relationship with someone who doesn't have good looks, however, if your personalities fit together right.

When you fall in love with someone's personality, doesn't everything else about them become beautiful?

For me she has to be at least cute, then I focus on her personality and see if ours line up.

 

Only if you overrate it's significance will it matter.

 

look themselves don't matter to me. as long as they are clean & well groomed.

 

I think it matters only when it comes to first impressions. What matters more is their personality.
