How mature are you?

I'm very mature..its kind of the reason I don't get along with a lot of people my age. As for why I feel more like a mom than anything...I'm only 22 but I'm not a party person. I'm more into trying to advance in my career and take care of my kids aka my pets who need a lot of care and one who is special needs they're like my children...I don't really go out with friends or anything like that and the friends I do have are older than me. I have always been that way growing up and I think part of it has to deal with being an only child and my mom never talked to me like I was a baby so I'm sure that contributes to it too..but I have no complaints because compared to most people my age I'm way ahead of them...I have my own car, apt, furniture and job that I'm amazing at...I'm supporting myself...most of the people I do know that are my age don't have that

I think I am very mature when the need arises, though on the other hand, I can be very immature when I am around my friends. It all depends on the situation I am in as well as the people I am interacting with.

 

Very mature when i need to be. Can be immature when i wanna be too.

 

Well I'm silly and loud and say things I regret later.

Within my friend group I've had to stop some of them from walking into traffic (it's an actual problem), organize most of our events and remind them to see each other's perspectives. But since I recently sent a text that read "I know you are but what am I?" I think maybe not so much. Also, I make a lot of funny noises.

Since I spend a lot of time around kids I've come up with a maturity test. A lot of times I can't understand what the kids are saying, but I realized this doesn't hinder my ability to talk with them. I just nod and copy their expressions, and they're happy. So I realized that in childish conversations your response doesn't matter, but in mature conversations it's a closed loop and both sides change the other. Basically if you can have a conversation without hearing them, they're immature.

 

I myself think I am quite immature, but if I compare myself to my peers, I'm VERY mature.

 

If you want to sum me up...

I'm the person who will end an argument about me not actually being asexual by shouting "I AM AN ADULT", then proceed to put up my hood on my Darth Vader onesie and walk away.

...In all seriousness, it depends on the circumstances I guess.

i'm very immature.. i'mm actually worried that i act too childish.. i even find a lot of things to be funny.. and i crack at things that are even remotely or slightly has sexual innuendo..

 

I think I'm very mature for a 14 year old. A bit too much I guess, I grew up too fast :/

 

I am very immature a lot of the times. But when I need to be mature, I am.

 

My 25 year old sister always forgets that i'm still a minor, so... I guess i'm about as mature as someone in their early to mid twenties? But the kind of twenty year old who still loves stuffed animals, cartoons, and video games. And memes. Gotta hate love those memes.

 

Both. I am a total goofball, full of giggles and fart jokes and all of that silliness, but at the same time I am very deep, empathetic, thoughtful person.

 

I can be either really mature or really immature. It depends what mood I'm in.
