    I am really lost for words. Zambia has never been a model country, but this is such a disgustingly deliberate act with no believable rationale. This certainly isn't a story of an individual's remorse, repentance and newfound commitment to preventing his own crimes, but a grotesque use of presidential power to stifle the effort to address horrifically high rates of sexual and other gender-based violence in Zambia, along with in other parts of Subsaharan Africa.

    Those French fighters should intervene and in Zambia and replace their current Christian/Radical-Islam government.
