What is your sense of humour?

I like a range: clever, sarcastic, black comedy and dirty comedy.

 

Dirty and sarcastic. Iv also been told its quite dark.

 

Humour is humor!
I love the 'Father Ted' style of humour.
I think we should see the funny side of every thing.
Some times I have a black sense of humour, sometimes my humour can be a bit intellectual, and other times inane.
As a young man I had punning matches with a friend of mine (I was that nerdy kid). As a result my wit is quicker than my sense of decorum.

When my dad died, my brother was worried about paying the fees for the graveyard I told him not to worry they are not going to dig him up.
When I told a gay friend that I'm dyslexic I explained that I never knew which way to turn.
I said to a friend that was organising sailing courses for the disabled "that puts a new meaning on 'able bodied seamen'!
All of these without thinking of the consequences.

Occasionally I have a wit too quick for my own health!

 

I laugh at anything remotely funny. Sometimes I laugh when I am feeling confused. Sometimes I laugh because I don't understand my emotions but feel the need to respond to them in some way.

 

Hyperbolic, silly, morbid, sexual, and sarcastic. I keep most of the sarcasm to myself because it can be quite cruel ^^;

I don't like sexist jokes and rape jokes. However, I laugh at jokes about murder and sometimes even disasters, so yeah. If there's no hostility involved, then I think everything can be joked about. I think offensive jokes are a bit like TNT that you need to time carefully.

I like nerdy humor. I can't help it. I like people who have a sense of humor - if you laugh, I'll laugh with you. Sometimes I'm in the mood for really random, sometimes more sarcastic, but everything's always a bit funny.

My friends and I have what people might call a "mean" sense of humor. Nothing's really off limits. I kind of like joking about serious things. That being said, it's only funny among my friends. My friends make lesbian jokes all the time and they are hilarious, but if anyone outside of our friend group doesn't like it, it's offensive.

If me or one of my friends do something stupid, it's really funny. My friend literally broke his arm by running into a wall. :roflmao: But I hate the "fail" videos of random people getting hurt....they make me cringe.

Sometimes I can't stand puns, and other times they are hilarious. They have to be quality. Like, they can be done right, but usually aren't.

 

It is mostly very dirty and dark humor, also some puns. But the quality of my jokes is like legs, some of them have it, others don't.

After reading many of the other post in this thread, I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with a dark sense of humour.

 

Dry, slapstick, raunchy, puns. Unless I am in a really depressive mood, I am easily amused.

My sense of humour is so weird that nobody actually understands it. People think I'm serious when I'm joking, or that I'm jokinf when I'm actually serious. I think that's all.
Self-deprecating is the most common in me, it seems.

 

Sarcastic and dry are always funny. and dark humor is the one i laugh the most at. i can also laugh at myself so i guess also self-deprecating humor

 

i like all the funny stuff. Id say its the humor of a child because logical stuff seems too formulaic. i like dumb/slapstick stuff without getting too old fashioned. i like funny voice inflection and i like stuff thats relatable to everyone on a deep emotional level. absurdity is great too. steve carrell's Michael Scott is where its at.

 

Self-deprecating or "that's what she said". Might get a pun in there once in a while.

I like puns. K check it, so this makes this bet with this other guy saying that the other guy has to wear blue every day for a week. After the week is done and the blue wearing guy doesn't miss a single day, the guy is all "how did you remember to where blue every day?" The other guy responds, "I guess it's just in my jeans." Ikr.
