Depends on the clown. I need to see a real entertainer.

I know Tim Curry's version of Pennywise the clown is scary to a lot of people but he made me laugh.

I never found them scary or entertaining either, I didn't really care.

They bore me and bored me even when I was a child. I guess there is a place for them, given that some kids, and even adults, enjoy their antics.

They freak me out! No one should have a permanent smile on their face. It's beyond creepy!

Like Alamocity said, they are suspicious. One of the main reasons I don't like clowns is because they conceal their identity. And they are in general just uncomfortable to be around. Honestly, in 90% of cases I despise clowns.

As far as if I'm scared of them... I don't know if scared is really the right word or not, but let's say that the fact that their identity is hidden and they could be anyone, is what creeps me out or makes me feel threatened of them, as far as my safety and others' safety goes.
I'd rather not be around someone who can get close to anyone they like due to the clown facade, and no one know they're a cereal-killer, kidnapper or et cetera.

I have no feelings towards them, unless it's Ronald with a couple of burgers.

Boring and a little weird. Make me feel more uncomfortable than entertained. Probably because they are hiding their true identity.

I hate clowns, they're creepy and bloody weird. My older brother dressed up as one for Halloween when I was like 6 and chased me round the house with a knife laughing. I can't go near one without getting a rush of fear :icon_redf

It's like humanity - some clowns are good, some are bad.

I think they are hilarious, especially when they are made to look scary. Give me some Pennywise any day of the week!

I have never thought much about clowns, therefore I am indifferent.
