Meanwhile in the South you mean

In South Carolina sweet ice tea is the norm. If you order ice tea it will always be sweet, and if you order unsweetened tea you will be branded as a yankee.

Holy crap, this John Green quote is speaking so much to me...

"When we talk about 'making America great again' or 'reigniting the American dream', when exactly was the golden age we're harkening back to? Was it 200 years ago when the vast majority of people couldn't vote because they weren't land-owning white males? Was it 100 years ago when most women couldn't vote? Was it 50 years ago when interracial marriage was still illegal in half the country? Or was the American Golden Age in like 1985, when unemployment was higher than it is today, median household income was lower, and you were more than twice as likely to be murdered? Plus, there was no Snapchat." - John Green

Funny thing is that only Chinese restaurants in the South have not gotten the message. Only kind of restaurant where it's always unsweet.

My point exactly why I would smile and silently judge.

That moment when you're not sure the person on a dating site is a butch lesbian or a gay male (this is what happens when you screen out straight folks).

I probably would, if I weren't ambivalent about them to begin with. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

That moment when your friend, who is used to asking me about girls of interest, starts considering if you have any guys of interest. I answered 'no' to the girls part, but remained quiet when he asked about guys. He doesn't care if people are gay but he doesn't like it when guys come onto him and from what he tells me, he always has men coming onto him. So I don't want him to think I'm the same.

    That's when you ask

But yeah, see, I know some trans masculine and non-binary people list themselves as "women" on some dating sites. I don't see it too often and I don't know why, but I guess the logic is "I'm not out and I don't really identify fully as male so here I go". Which only kind of sort of makes sense to me. So I'm wondering if I should keep myself as bisexual instead of just switching to men only on some of my profiles so I can message them, because I'm open to dating non-binary people.

We need flexible gender tags on dating sites, for sure.

Well, bunch of us are single. Why not?

Same. I don't see the appeal of dating sites granted I was on G*****, T***** ,and H***** for a time period.

Eh, I mostly signed up to see what it was like, and maybe make a few more e-friends who aren't across the globe. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: A lot of people I knew offline showed up, along with suggested friends on my FB feed, lol.

But yeah, it was pretty horrifying when my stalker came back with a new profile two days later after being blocked.

Haha, it's just amusing to see a bunch of pictures of chubby, short haired folk pop up at the same time. When people scream, "They (liberals, feminists, LGBT) want to erase the distinctions between men and women!" I want to say, "Bitsch, please: we're already there."

A lot of fake pics, too...
