I'm sorry :frowning2: that storm was hella short tho, I'm surprised it did that much damage. I was heading to my friend's apartment via campus bus when it was advised to seek shelter so the bus turned into a mall parking lot.

We had a horrible hail storm here, too, and got hit by hail the size of golf balls or bigger. Luckily, we didn't have any damage. My dog did get scared, though.

I hate being told "get better" when I'm sick. Like, even though it's polite and a nice thing to say and all that jazz, there's still the fact that it's not my choice... I appreciate those thoughtful souls who understand to say "hopefully you'll get better soon".

Besides am I the only one who thinks
    "Get better"
    "Thanks"
    Sounds kinda weird

I know I rant about the weirdest things bur fr....
My friend just told me to "get better". I told him "I'm trying".

Okay, so a year ago, this guy came to my school towards the end of the school year. Needless to say, I had a small crush on him. When 8th grade started, he returned. I told myself to try to talk to him. Then one day, I gave him a hug (well I asked). I'm guessing he figured out my crush on him. He then started to ignore me. This went on 'til the end of the school year. Then just now, I had a dream that it was the last day of school and I was singing "This Will Be" to my friend and he joins in. I tried to outsing him. He then stands in front of me and apologizes (? couldn't hear b/c of the music) and asks for a second chance. Of course, I say yes. Then he asks for my phone number (don't have a phone IRL) but I had no pen and paper. He then takes me to his home and I guess I couldn't find any paper at his house, so I rush home to get paper. I lose the paper and rush back inside to get it. Then I run back to his house (which isn't possible at all, we live in 2 diff. cities) and that's where the dream ends. I wake up and I'm pissed af. Just because of how I let this guy under my skin. I think he was either ignorant, an asshole, or homophobic. Sometimes, I blame myself because maybe if I hadn't hugged him, I wouldn't be in this situation.

Or maybe the first time I saw him, I wouldn't have been shy and instead be confident towards him. Sigh. I seriously think that it's my fault.

Being back at school is so tiring and it doesn't help that I still hold feelings for my best friend ˇ▂ˇ I though I could get rid of them over the two weeks of not seeing her

I can't decide whether Laura Prepon looks better with red hair (like in That 70s Show) or with black hair (like in Orange is the new black).
But blonde definitely doesn't suit her.

I graduate from university in less that two months. Kind of strange coming back here nowadays. It feels strangely nostalgic despite all the changes and new faces. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I can't believe she's only 36 - for some reason I thought she was well into her 40s by now.

Because of her appearance or for some other reason?

    ---------- Post added 13th Apr 2016 at 07:29 PM ----------

That moment when the name of an event in a club is "We love women" and when you klick on the description it's just for "partygirls" who want to have free drinks "without having to hit on men" so that they can concentrate on dancing and stuff like that...

Nah, I can relate. Sometimes I read aloud scenes I've written to see if the dialogue "flows" well or not. If not, I edit it until it reads smoothly enough.

Same. Sometimes I end up acting the whole scenes as one of the characters.

Can't wait until I start T, might not be the most comfortable thing to go through in the beginning but I'm still excited for when I can start it.

Not because of her appearance - she just seems like the type of person who's been on TV for years so I expected her to be older.

Well it'll definitely be worth it when you get to start. For the record, still waiting myself but it'll happen.

I'm up unseasonably early. I don't feel human until at least noon. And here I am actually working before 11. Thank god for coffee and Nootropics.

Joke's on them! My girl friends are nice enough to grab me plenty of free drinks on ladies' night :rolle: The insinuation that women can't pay for their own drinks is kinda icky tho :/
