    The funny thing is that Bernie Sanders doesn't align with my views as close as Hillary Clinton does. I'm not as liberal as people think I am, and in the age of Bernie Sanders, I feel like my party is leaving me behind. Maybe the Democrats should get blanched in 2016 to show the rest of the base what happens when you nominate an ideological purist: you end up with a racist in the White House who'll be nothing more than a rubber stamp for an extremist Congress.

    If you think your party is leaving you behind then maybe you should do the honourable thing and vote for someone else. You're preventing the Democrats from being a real left-wing party rather than a bluer shade of Republican. If you think the US would sooner elect a racist as opposed to someone who *shock horror* proposes universal healthcare (more free stuff!) then that says more about your country and its people then it does anything else.

    I have absolutely no respect for people like you.

    Still feeling sick and generally inhuman so waiting to hear back about test results. In the meantime, work didn't slow down which is both a huge relief (I need fucking money) but I'm also under the weather so...I'll take that as I will.

    Wow... My dad rescheduled my gender therapy appointment and offered to take me if my mom can't (she's...busy right now). He was very in shock and in denial when he found out I was trans in December. It's a small token, but maybe he's beginning to come around? I don't wanna get my hopes up too high.
