No, actually the Yankees and Red Sox fans from Michigan are the exact same class of fan: people that picked against the home team because they wanted to root for the team that was winning.

Ug, I loathe the Patriots! Cheating, arrogant, mean.

And in baseball, I'd cheer for the North Korean National Team, before I ever cheered for Boston or the even more evil New York Yankees!

Excited for baseball to begin; it's really the only sport I follow. With football, not so much, but I'd like to see the Panthers win, 'cause the Quarterback is always wearing those furry tails in news conferences...and not even a panther, but a fox and wolf tail.

So among furries, it's go Panthers!

That is a fantastic reason for rooting for the Panthers. :roflmao:

Whew, hell of a game. And perfect for two teams that I despise immensely.

Ah well, at least Denver doesn't stand a chance against Carolina.

That was one for the ages, and we really have nobody to blame but the coaching staff for this loss. If you'd have played it safe and kicked the field goal those two fourth downs, you would have just kicked the game winner there at the end. This one doesn't hurt as bad as the undefeated loss though. Denver was as good as us and we beat ourselves. That year we lost to an inferior team that shouldn't have been a anywhere near the Super Bowl.

You could almost hear the giant cheer erupt from all of Baltimore, as the Patriots lost!

Not a popular team, in this neck of the woods

"World" champion. Interesting title for a league that only American teams play in.

(I'm kidding, NFL people. Please don't light my hair on fire in retaliation for this bad joke; I poke fun at my own league, too.)

Didn't the team that lost the Super Bowl two seasons ago only lose because their QB tried to throw the ball forward when they should have just handed it to the big mother fucker beside him (whose name or position I can't remember) to just run it through the defense for a touchdown? Who was that playing again? I forgot.

Also, completely unrelated thought, but is it just me, or do people only make such a big deal out of Nirvana because Kurt Cobain is dead and it's an effect of that whole "artists are considered better after they're dead" thing? Would they even still be played on the radio? Would anyone even still give a damn? Because in my opinion, Nirvana kind of sucks.
