    I've actually never been to her house before... But I do text her frequently, ask how she is, stuff like that. Also, I got her into my group for an activity in one of my classes, so that'll be one less thing she has to make up. :slight_smile:

    How do people support themselves on minimum wage $7.25? I probably won't be qualified a enough to get a job in retail at $9 a hour.

    I'm seriously stressing out about this shit. The lady at the LGBT center didn't answer.
    So I'm going to vent here. Don't mind my post I'm just trying to release stress.

    If minimum wage is <$1000 (more like $925) after taxes, how am I supposed to support myself?

    I plan to spend $610 on rent. Because it's organized living. This might be something I change. It is a lot. But, it comes with utilities and a fully furnished room. It also includes a fitness center. All these things make me feel it is worth it. Really how little could I actually pay for housing?

    Phone $50
    Health Insurance $110
    = $140
    That's $140 for food, toiletries, Landry, clothes, and all other expenses. What the actual fuck.

    I measured myself for the first time in I don't know how long, and I'm 68 inches or 5'8"! I've usually just said that I was 5'7.5" in the past, but I'm really excited to say I'm 5'8"!
