What are you thinking?

My boyfriend and I just finished playing "That Dragon, Cancer." And holy shit. I cried through basically the whole thing. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time a few months ago and that all hit way too close to home.

 

Only one day left of gym after today. Thank god, I'm sick of being out of place in the girl's locker room and getting stared at for not shaving my legs. :dry:

 

I'm thinking about how I didn't sleep for real last night just half slept alittle oh well yolo maybe?

I'm thinking about a ton of things.
- I'm freezing cold
- I'm mentally planning how I'm going to get all my homework done before Friday
- I'm thinking about how sad it is that David Bowie is dead
- I'm looking forward to watching the next episode of Buffy The Vampire Slayer in a few minutes
- I'm tired and hungry
- I wonder what my crush is doing. Should I confess to her during the school dance in April or will she hate me forever?

My friend ordered a binder for me like 2 weeks ago, and even if she said it would take a month for it to arrive, it's already here! And she'll give it to me at choir practice today. So I'm extremely happy and excited and I can't wait to try it and have it and hopefully feel more comfortable

 

while everyone is in despair that David Bowie's dead, I'm sitting here so glad that he had lived.

 

I would have given anything to see My Chmeical Romance live. Okay not everything, that's too pathetic even for me.
But yeah, I'd love to watch them live.
But oh, why did they quit

It's really, really sad what's happening to Sears and Kmart. Kmart begins its next wave of mass store closing shift next week, and in the last 20 years, it's gone from 2400 stores to now around 700. Sears bailed out Kmart in 2004 after they ran themselves into the ground (and moved a ton of corporate jobs out of its long-standing headquarters in Troy, Michigan) and now Sears has run itself into the ground. Kmart is the only one of the marts I can stand shopping at, and it'll be sad to see them go when they eventually die a slow, painful death.

 

I think he was quite prepared, I mean, he just popped the last album.
Lets just hope he's happy, Somewhere else.

 

It is way too cold here in Ohio. I'm just going to stay inside as much as possible for the next few days..

 

I'm scared =/
Not for my life or anything, but something happened today that scared me.

Here:

Thinking that it's tricky to cook exotic strains of rice. I have some pink rice from Madagascar...very earthy, minerally taste, though I need to get the water/rice/heat ratio down better. Going to make a curry, with peas, potatoes and okra.

This is the only food I have ever bought from Madagascar, aside from vanilla beans.

I have a horrible cough and sore throat, am running to the bathroom every five minutes, my recliner finally broke down, and I just spent an hour trying to find a parking spot.

We had a department store called Woolworths that went bust.. it had been a fixture in our towns and cities for just under 100 years before going into administration in 2008, and being dissolved in 2009. Everyone was really sad to see it go. It had the best Pick n Mix, and loads of toys. A child's dream.
