What are you thinking?

Just applied to three colleges today. Here's hoping I get in at least one of them.

So I realized I must be ashamed of my sexuality or something? Maybe I was paranoid? It's weird to not understand your own feelings. Im usually very in tune with myself.

I was afraid to walk into american apparel. Even though I was by myself most of the time. Was going to look for one of those cool red = sign t-shirts. Even though I can't buy one.

 

Did this today, and it's the third acrylic painting I've done in the last week and a half. I started painting when I was around 7 years old and stopped when I was about 10, and I never picked it up again until recently. While I plan to give most of my paintings away to friends, this one is hanging on my wall.

 

Best of luck! I know how stressful it is, but just stay as confident as you reasonably can.

Oh my fucking god I'm so tired of this positive visualization bullshit. My mom bought into it. And that's ALL THE WOMAN TALKS ABOUT. Holy crap. I post on Facebook about how I applied to the colleges, said "Wish me luck." So she has to post "Oh, there's no such thing as luck. Read the book I got you." And the book she got me was some piece of possum taint called "A Happy Pocket of Money", which is some psuedo-science bullshit about how thinking positive about stuff makes the universe give you stuff.

Thanks by the way. I know I have one really good shot with at least one of the colleges. Would be nice to get offers from all of them since they're some of the better colleges near me.

 

I'm truly addicted to the feeling I get when I realize the impact someone I'm no longer close to had on me and my existence. It's just so crazy how you never realize at the time how much someone can change both your life as well as you as a person.

 

I feel like this is my first day at a new school, I'm so nervous... And I've been in this school for 6,5 years now so I don't know what the big deal is... Oh god I don't wanna go...

 

If there was a law against being tired, I'm pretty sure I'd be in jail now. *yawns*

 

Why did I ever say that my city didn't have any hot guys... I guess that was before I started going to the university. DAMN. They are EVERYWHERE.

 

Earlier today I went back to my hometown for a dentist appointment and afterwards I walked over to the probation office where I used to work, across the street basically, and was just hanging out with the officers there for a bit. My former mentor there is also a really good friend of mine who is pretty athletic, but also clumsy, and he told me he was skiing this evening with some friends. I said, "Have fun, but don't die." And he says, verbatim, "That's a bunny hill, I'm not worried about it. I've done way bigger." And I warned him again on my way out of the office, "Don't die skiing!" And then what happened? He didn't die but he did do a pretty vicious faceplant apparently and destroyed his face. I told him, I warned him. No one ever listens.

 

Standing 2 meters away from your friends and hearing them discuss friendship is "kinda" depressing

 

Well, I managed to sleep through most of the day instead of doing something productive like I was supposed to...

 

Where'd she go? She was here a little while ago...
