35 million people would like a word with you holiness.

A small, insignificant problem that the Church is a big part of perpetuating.

Yes, because its easy to address the problem of getting people "food, water, and housing" while they are suffering from not only HIV but a whole host of parasitic infections and other diseases endemic to Africa that make it impossible for them to work (and lift themselves out of poverty).

Condoms aren't only used to prevent HIV, but also STDs in general, other illness and are a good way of birth control, all of these are a good help to those people; better to go against religious values than leaving so many people suffering, sickening or dying.

Also, to consider every problem they present you as a "small, partial problem" isn't a constructive thing to do, at all.

I really hate when people aren't educated on AIDS, like I don't care if someone's against gay marriage (as long as they're fine with gay people) or ignorant on something else but lack of education of AIDS/HIV is so rampant I'm so irritated.
