    Hello,

    Just interested to know, do you watch Doctor Who on Christmas Day? And do you watch Doctor Who all year around [normal Saturday viewing]?

    My family don't celebrate Christmas so I think of December 25th as Doctor Who Special Day! :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    Every Saturday when the new sites is on, all year round and Christmas!
    Peter Capaldi is simply amazing - he's rivalling David Tennant as my favourite 2005+ Doctor!

    I quit watching at the beginning of season eight but I like to go back and watch the old Christmas specials. Especially The Christmas Invasion and A Christmas Carol.

    I have watched Dr. Who almost every Christmas, but not on the day. I will skip this year, as I hate this season. :slight_smile:

    No!

    Seriously, I would but it's gone rapidly downhill since peter capaldi took over. The best doctor I've lived through was christopher eccleston, then matt smith. I'm not much of a fan of david tennant or peter.

    I like the 2nd Doctor with;

    "It's the Human's you mean, engaging in their favorite pass time of killing each other'' [The enemy of the world, P. Newman and V. Lambert et al.]

    They might fight aliens from other planets, there might be floods and global warming, but we will be the ones to kill each other. [I don't like the fact we're killing each other, but it's unfortunate true].

    Always, every Christmas me, my mom and nan just sit on the sofa and watch doctor who. even though it isn't really that good any more it's almost like a (half) family tradition.

    I will be watching it on Christmas (and hopefully missing out the game of life in the process, or I'll just end up having a panic attack XD)

    I really need to see some other doctors, I only started watching at the beginning of series 8.

    I am an avid Doctor Who fan. Currently in the process of watching William Hartnell's series, but just as excited for the new stuff (ESPCIALLY TONIGHT'S FINALE)

    I want to get back to Doctor Who, after David Tenant finally made me stop watching it (I'd rather look at Jones, if she had been The Doctor then I would have been able to keep watching). I'm not interested on the young doctor, so I guess I'll start with the new episodes.

    Seconded, he turned him into a very interesting character. Eccleston was the first Doctor I saw as well. Hard to forget him interacting with the Daleks, among other things.

    I started watching who I think two years ago, so last year I was caught up enough to finally watch the Christmas episode ON Christmas, it was so wonderful. This year I'm spending Christmas with my SO's family, so I /might/ have to steal some time to watch it :-3

    I'm really enjoying this season, the fact he is going through a mid-life crisis is hilarious! And for those that have vowed to skip this season, PLEASE WATCH! Not to give spoilers, but they going into some pretty heavy stuff, and more back story with gallifrey and the confession dial. Even if you cringe the whole way through, it's got some important info!
