Apart from guest rooms when visiting relatives, I have only once masturbated elsewhere. When in high school, I masturbated at school once in a boys' room toilet stall. Why anyone should care what someone does in a private stall of a restroom is beyond me... sure if you're waving it around in public yes, but where no one can see, come on. It may be worth noting that stalls may not offer the privacy one might think they would.
