I think this is the best way of describing what I find most attractive. It shows not only self-distance but also kindness towards oneself. I'll also add passion and creativity.
Kindness, to me and to other people in general~ people who give to charity and are kind to serviceworkers and strangers~ that's a huge turn-on for me~ if you're a dick to a waiter, I've probably already left >.> Intelligence, I don't mind if someone is cocky about it, but they'd better be able to converse thoughtfully and be able to debate~ I hate when people say, "I dunno" and it's not followed up by, "but I should find out!" Actually, the more random trivia and such that someone knows, the better~ I want a Jeopardy partner XD;;; A good sense of humor, sarcasm is a must... if you don't get sarcasm, you're not going to be a close friend of mine, I'm sorry~ I just love sarcastic remarks, quips~ any quick-witted comment (that isn't cruel or rude) is something I love to see, because it means they are thinking and engaged~ I also love ridiculous b-movies and memes so... man... what kind of person am I admitting to being right now?? XD;;;
Intelligence- Not intelligence as in good grades -_- I don't care about that (much). I find someone's ability to understand concepts and reflect on life with me to be very attractive Kindness- If someone is rude and mean, I get annoyed, passed, and will probably go off on them. Slightly introverted- I'm pretty introverted and I'd like to share that with someone, but I also would like to exit my comfort zone every once in a while and I'd like to do that with another person.
Gentle - I need someone who is going to be soft with me, because I've been hurt before so I bruise easily. Someone who is gentle could give me the love I KNOW I deserve. I'm also a cancer aka sensitive and I always feel like I give 1,000,000%. It's attractive to me when someone is soft and gentle towards me. Funny (sense of humor) - This can be curse and a gift, depending on how they are and what their humor is like. I like light heart(ed) humor, I'm not one for disrespectful obscene offensive humor, nor am I attracted to people who need to make fun of others, or people who make fun of themselves all the time. I need someone who is going to make me happy when I'm in my darkest times. I love comedy, I love funny people. Funny beats physical appearance any day for me personally. Anyone who can make me laugh when I'm done is going to be a lucky person. Ambitious - I find ambitious so attractive. Someone who always has something they want to do in life wins always. I'm the same way and I need someone who will lift me up like I plan to life them.
Honesty- I think it's really attractive when a person can give me a straight answer and is willing to open up about their feelings. Kindness- Enough said. Funny- I think everyone likes it when someone can make them laugh.
Calm- Don't really know how else to word it. Laid back I guess. Intelligence- Pretty self explanatory. Kindness- Again, pretty cut-and-dry.
Honesty. -I hold honesty very high in my values, and I can't trust you if you're not honest. Courageous -I am not very brave, and like when someone can balance that out. Patient -Self-explanatory
Spontaneity- I love, Their french fries out of nowhere Dipped in my shake And the innocent look afterwards. I love, Random texts at 3am Asking hypothetical questions And discussing the hypothetical result. I love, Being picked up from work, "We're just swinging by your house real quick, We're going in a road trip!" Childishness- I love, Walking through a store Feeling the quick jab of a "tag" And the game is afoot I love, Attempting to cook with them, And suddenly, FOOD FIGHT! I love, Calls in the middle of the night, Because there was a thunder storm And they trust me enough to say they're scared. Openness- I love, When they do something silly, And they just look down and blush, 'Cause they would never lie. I love, Getting an real answer, When I ask, "Does my haircut make me look girly?" I love, Crying together in Disney movies, 'Cause me being a guy doesn't mean I don't cry, And they don't care if my face is red and blotchy Basically, I love, Bleeding hearts, Worn on sleeves, Who aren't afraid to be a bit silly.
