You should check out a band called Against Me. They're a punk rock band with a trans woman as the lead singer. Their most recent album 'Transgender Dsyphoria Blues' has a lot of trans-related songs on it. I haven't heard much of the album, but I definitely recommend the actual 'Transgender Dysphoria Blues' song, as well 'True Trans Soul Rebel'.

This one is from an anime (Charlotte). Even next to songs I listen to that are specifically about dysphoria, this one hits the spot better than any other song I know. Right in them feels. Mostly the second part of it.

    Chasing for what's fallin'
    Always yearning
    Don't know why but
    The beauty I really want
    May seem
    To be
    Awkward to someone's eyes

Most of these songs have an open-ended or general message, so anything could fit into them. But that's part of what makes music so appealing, because you can almost always insert whatever you want into the lyrics... that, and it's a lot less work to be vague, and allow your audience to put the depth into the lyrics.

Aside from that one Aerosmith song, Kesha's "Pretty Lady" comes to mind. Though that's more about cross-dressing and drag queens, it could fit, I guess.
