I'm not sure which category I fall under, so I didn't select one.

Weekdays, I get up at 05:45, I start work at 07:00.

Weekends (And public holidays or leave days), I usually sleep till 08:00, but I still go to bed early (No later than 21:00, with occasional exceptions)

During Winter, I go to bed as early as 20:00, other seasons I'm in bed by 21:00.

I'm usually cranky when I get up, so I'm definitely not a morning person. And I get cranky when I'm tired too, so also not an evening person. And I'm sometimes cranky the rest of the time too, so I'm not a ... person? I have my good days though, where I'm less cranky and more care-free, so I'm not always in a bad mood. But I'm very irritable. Simple things like having to greet every single person that comes into my office in the morning and again the afternoons, gets on my nerves. I feel like a stuck record, saying "hello" literally every few seconds, as the people sign on or off for the day :bang:

I wake up when the sun starts it's journey down.

And sleep when the sunlight grows bright again.

well since med-school i develop a series of sleeping-waking pattern

day-shift only : wake up at 5 am, go bed at 10pm
night-shift only : wake up at 3/4 pm, go to bed at 9 am on the next day
24-hours or more shift : wake up -1 hour before shift starts, go to bed at wake up time + shift hours + 2

    i'm a mess
but at least a well structured mess :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Mostly night owl, though I have my sights set on normality!

It depends on the day and my mood, but it switches.

Iiii don't know what category to select.
I go to bed at anything from 22-01 on a regular day, and I get up somewhere between 8 and 9 because I have to. However if I don't have to get up, I can easily sleep up to 11 hours.

I voted for "night owl" on the poll. I adapt better than some night owls, because from a young age I was trained to tire myself out, sleep early, and wake up at 6 am for sales. Of course, at first I would feel groggy and super tired around midday or afternoon. However, I got better and even overcame my travel sickness by the age of 9 or 10.

Just because I had perfect attendance certificates, doesn't mean I was awake for most of my school lessons LOL I think some people change from being a night owl into a normal person when they're 20-something, and not necessarily because they're forced to. I was kind of hoping that would happen to me.

Judging by what I naturally seem to end up doing when I'm not busy; my ideal sleep schedule would be to sleep around 7 am and wake up around 3 pm.

My dad is a "night owl" (sometimes he stays up late playing video games or watching horror films) and my mom is a "normal person." Interestingly, most of the extended family on my mom's side are "normal people" and extroverted. I've never met my dad's side of the family, so I trust what my dad says about them; mostly introverted "night owls."

    I could never be a morning person... or even a "normal person" tbh XD;;; Whenever I have to get up at a "normal" hour like 8 or 9, I'm always surprised to see people out and about... like, what are you even doing?? Stores are open?? XD;;;

I am a switcher. I don't exactly have a normal sleep schedule. I work on something until I fall unconscious regardless of night or day cycles then repeat when I wake up. If I am doing photography at dawn I get up just before the sun rises. If I am working on a big writing or painting project I generally work heavily at night and lightly during the day until I can't stay awake any more.

I'm a normal person when I have class, but keep much later hours when I don't. I am happier being awake during the night.

Given the choice? Primarily a night owl. While I can wake up early, my preferred/peak hours are: 7 PM to 5 AM.

I tend to take 2-3 hour naps, every 6-7 hours, to get through the days. Hard at first, but you get used to it. I do sleep 8-9 hours, when necessary.

A night owl by nature, though working an earlier and earlier schedule. I'm often up by 7 to 8 AM on the days I work, which was formerly unheard of.

Though I am pretty crabby/groggy in the morning...takes some time for me to get started, getting up at those hours.

I go to bed at 1, but it takes until 3 or 4 to go asleep (I am doing nothing).
Somehow I get less sleep in the summer.
The earliest I ever go to bed is 10, and that is for school.
