I know lots of adults like it, but it is technically a kids show, so:
My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic

Pretty Little Liars is hands down my biggest guilty pleasure, it's and immensely stupid and melodramatic show but it has these moments that are just soooo good and sooo much fun I can't help but be hooked...

Hehe, Dragon Half was fun

Archer is my guilty pleasure. Is it weird that I fancy him, too?

I also love 'Looking' with Jonathan Groff. Richie (Raúl Castillo) is my dream man. *dribbles*

I don't really have guilty pleasure TV shows, but some people might be surprised to learn that I watch/watched:

The Apprentice UK; my fave bit is the arguing in the boardroom. I'm more amused by the mindgames than the business stuff. Jim Eastwood was one of the most interesting candidates. Let's just say he was really skilled at persuasion!

Dragons' Den; people pitch their business ideas/inventions and ask for investments. I loved hearing the questions/critiques about ideas/inventions. I guess watching dreams get crushed, somehow made me feel better about my miserable life. Oh, I got better =P I think it's very human/normal to appreciate some schadenfreude!

X Factor UK; I used to watch this show right until the winner was announced. Nowadays I stop watching after the auditions that involve many people that can't really sing. I usually agree with Simon Cowell's comments. His honesty reminds me of my dad's bluntness.

Four Rooms; people try to sell valuable items to accomplished dealers. You never know what someone is going to bring in next. It could be anything from a Ku Klux Klan child-sized uniform to Rolexgate. If you don't know about Rolexgate, then you might feel mildly offended when you Google it.

Gundam Seed; I watched it in late 2013 during an intense manic episode and it was the first Gundam show I watched. Admitting this can be awkward because Gundam Seed isn't exactly considered the magnum opus of the Gundam series. I've played Gundam games since my teens, so I was confused by some things in them and didn't really care for ages. One of my online friends wanted me to watch Gundam Wing. However, I ended up watching Gundam Seed, mostly because my 2nd most played mecha was Infinite Justice.

How It's Made; I could make a million jokes about this, but this show is kind of like porn for INTPs some people. If you've ever been possessed by a burning desire to understand the manufacturing process involved in something such as wallpaper or kitchen sinks, then that show is an opportunity to satisfy your curiosity!

Once Upon A Time is another guilty pleasure. I'm quite far into Series 2 I think, the last time I checked.

Sabrina, the Teenage Witch. I can watch the first several seaons of this over and over...

    Also: MLP, and Bob's Burgers.

I don't watch too much TV all in all, mainly a few cartoons, and then some older shows, like 'Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman'.

The show is utterly depraved and consists mainly of shock humor. And yet I find it funny somehow

It's strange because I always seem to find myself watching kid shows. Idk what it is, maybe the fact that it is so dumb that it makes me laugh, or the people acting on the kids show probably hate it lol.

For sure Orange is the New Black! After hearing from so many people talk about how great it is I decided to give it a try. The only thing I regret is not watching it sooner. Now thanks to OITNB I'm addicted to Netflix.

True Detective. I know it's cool to hate the second season because there's no McConaughey, no Fukunaga, no Yellow King, time is no longer a flat circle, yada yada yada... But around the fifth episode I found I was really enjoying myself (despite Pizzolato's knack for disappearing up his own ass), and from there on out things just kept getting better. No, Ray Velcoro is no Rust Cohle, but why would you want him to? This season was going for something completely different than the first, and I don't feel like holding that against it; not when it managed to find it's own kind of success (in my opinion) instead of coasting on the achievements of S1.

There's nothing "guilty" about something as irreverently awesome as Archer. No, it's not weird. Sterling is definitely husbando material.
