Do you think your physical appearance reflects who you are inside?

I don't think it does. My anime profile picture is a better representation of who I am.

Somewhat, because it tells how much people are focused on presentation, meticulous details, etc. Otherwise, it's just people wishing life was simpler than it is.

    No, no, nononono no.
For many reasons. Genderfluidity being number one because thank you mother nature, I now look rather feminine even without any makeup. And, well, my body has nothing androgynous about it so...

Another is that especially when I do put on a little makeup(which I do, every day) I look like a sweet innocent shy girl. Which I am not. Shy, sure, around new people and new stuff(like in a cafe that I've never been to). But when I get to know people and become their friend.....watch out because I am no longer shy. And innocent I've never been. I've stolen stuff when I was little(not proud of that though) and I break all the little rules at school(I mean, who doesn't break even one rule at school??). And sweet? Hahaha no honey no.
Also I'd like to have shorter hair but it doesn't suit my face that well. I'm going to dye my hair purple or turquoise around Christmas and then again around my next birthday(those are the times when I can ask hair dye for presents).

Omg I really need to learn how to not write this much...

I suppose mostly yes. I think my appearance shows someone who is comfortable with herself.

What I can influence (weight, hair length, hair color, lack of makeup) is pretty much exactly the way I feel like having it and says what I want to say. What I can't influence... My eyes are very good at glaring, and I'm comfortable with my smile, so I can express what I feel inside on the outside.

Depends upon entirely what you mean. If you mean the fact that my choice of hair style, my often slothenly appearance etc then yes my physical appearance does. On the one hand what it reflects is the fact that I just dont really care how I look a lot of the time, I'll make the effort for others, but I'm not a trendy kind of guy, as long as I'm clean and have a clean set of clothes not threadborn I'm hapoy. The soul exception is my hair length, it's my one vanity. I simply prefer having long hair and as a musician it works for the stage persona.

    I don't think it does

I don't really know what my personality on the inside is supposed to look like to be honest.

I care a little bit about my outward presentation but I try to focus more on being a person that people can like and care for and I hope that in doing so, people appreciate me no matter how I look on the outside.

Not at all. I feel completely disconnected from any sense of self. I don't know if that explains stuff like why I hate having any picture taken or whatever, but I just always feel like "that's not me".

I think that it can, but as many times as it does (and prob more) it doesn't.

Parts of my physical appearance influence who I am internally and I change parts of my appearance to better reflect who I am, but my appearance doesn't come close to completely representing who I am internally. I definitely don't think there's a direct connection between the two.

I'd say my outward awkward appearance screams of someone depressed about their appearance and of someone completely uncomfortable in their own skin... So there is that, but it doesn't reflect my true self... Not even a little...

I don't think that physical appearance defines who you are, but rather who you are defines your physical appearance. By any means, you can't control what you look like, but some people wear makeup, some wear short skirts, some dress up, while others dress down. Who you are on the inside is what determines how you hold yourself and how much effort you put into your appearance, and also what your style is. Your style is based on who you are as well. I don't know if that all makes sense but basically I feel like it's the other way around from what you originally asked.

    No.

I don't know if this is for any profound reason. But I know if I had to describe how I looked to a sketch artist, I would not come up with the same result. Not to say I hate how I look, I think I just internally perceive myself a little differently.

Also, I'm probably more conservative on the outside than I am on the inside.

Not really, although I do try to match my appearance to how I feel inside. I do believe that your style could tell something about how you are if you put some effort into it. ^^
