If you thought diet and exercise was the path to weight loss, you're wrong

WHY IS THIS A THING!?


Humans aren't slabs of meat, we aren't supposed to be kept at low temperatures...also doesn't sweating make far more sense than freezing yourself?

If they really wanna lose a lil weight with zero effort they should just go outside and sweat it out for a good while that'd be far more effective than killing yourself.


Any noticable results though will require a change of diet and getting off your butt.

 

I remember first hearing about this back when I lived in Florida two years ago. It was just starting to get popular then, and I never thought it could get this big.

Wanna get in shape? Get off your ass and stop eating so much shitty food. There is no equivalent to that. It sucks, I know, but there really is no other way.

 

This has got to be the craziest thing I've ever seen. What will they come up with next?
