How much do you weigh

I don't know.

Last time I think I weighed myself was like 185 or so. I'm like a little over 6 feet tall too.

 

5ft 5 and 180 Pounds. Most of that i think is top heavy as i dont eat loads of rubbish food and i am not a small girl. Plus i reckon most of you all have got 20 years minus on me. I was inspired to look at the NHS Chart and even a surprise to myself im actually a just a bit Overweight according to them. Cant be to bad then.

I did start a diet last Monday. and the Monday before and the Monday before that. Im not very good with Diets,

 

About 90 kg, I should be closer to 80kg ( my "ideal weight" is meant to be around 75, but the last time I got down to that weight everybody thought I was dying ). I have no idea what these weights are equivalent to in the old system, sorry.

My only ''diet'' is to cut out the amount of salt and sugar I eat, has been going okay. I think I'll do better with this in university since I'll try and save my money and not on candy.

I'm 6'2" and 160 pounds. Same size since 17.

54 Kg/125 lbs and I'm about 5'5.

I never seem to gain any weight.

 

5'6" (1.67 m); 155 lbs (70 kg), which is actually the smallest I've been since I was 15 years old.

(I've done a lot of working out in the last year; mainly for the purpose of being able to more accurately pass for male at some point in my life.)

 

I'm not gonna say how much I am now but I have lost 80 pounds in the last year. And yes now I can fit into some clothes that make me feel sexy. Honestly its made a huge difference. I was ultra fit in my 20's and then I let myself go....shame. But I just started with a personal trainer this last week so now I'm on a mission to tone this flabby body.

 

I haven't weighed myself in a bit but I'm probably around 157-160ish at 5'4. I'm not really overweight though, just a heavy mother f*****:lol:

My sex is actually female and I weigh 10 stone and i am 5"10', and in my opinion I need to lose weight so I guess I'm the opposite to you...

 

I'll be honest here:
I've gained 30 pounds in the last five years and currently weigh about 155 pounds.

 

I got my height wrong in my last post here; turns out I'm shorter than I thought! Or maybe I shrunk? Oh no! Well, ignore that post then.

I'm actually 5'3" and 98 pounds, or 160cm and 44kg.

It's weird; I'm 16 now and a few years ago I weighed more like 104 pounds/47kg. How did I lose weight when I eat so much and am totally sedentary!?

When I was little my doctors worried about me being underweight, but apparently I'm okay now.
