    Mmm, I guess I'm once again the shortest and lightest guy here, every single year I'm the shortest and most lightweight guy in every community. I guess I'm the runt of every litter. The only people shorter and lighter than me are women.

    pretty small but it doesnt really matter how much I eat I always weigh around that much

    5'6" and 142 lbs. I was 130 lbs last year around this time, but I worked out a lot back then and watched my diet too. Now I'm kinda lazy :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: Lol

    About 10-13kg too much for my built- currently 73kg, at 163cm, this is down by 2kg from three weeks ago.

    Currently feel fit and shapely as such, but it would be nice for the layer of fat that covers the muscles to melt away a bit faster. I just find it difficult to eat in a way which creates a big enough calorie deficit- I do an hour of exercise ca 4-5x a week eg a cycle ride, and try to keep within ca 1500-1700 calories of healthy food - but this is just enough to keep me the way I am, and eating less than 1500 consistently is kind of difficult and there will be days where I go up to 2000 :/

    I need to not get discouraged by slow progress I guess.
