Opinion on Babies?

I am no good with very young children, including babies. I had to sit next to a screaming and crying infant on the train recently, and all I could think about was how I wanted to jump out of the train window into the fields.

I can deal with children once they've reached age 5 and I have tutored children in the 10-12 range. No problem there. But any younger than 5 and I do not want to be around them, no matter the few cute moments they may have.

 

OMG I freaking love babies! They are soooo cute! And they make everyone laugh, smile, and be happy.

I love holding them and helping to care for them. There is a feeling of cradling a sleeping baby that makes me feel so happy, kinda like a motherly feeling.

And toddlers for some reason, freaking love me. XD Whenever I see my younger cousins who are toddlers, they always want to be around me, even toddlers I just met do the same.

 

Ugh I can't stand them! Crying, excreting, dribbling... ew.

 

I have never been a fan of baby dolls as a kid but I've always adored small children, pretty much until they are three/four, then they often get unbearable.

 

Yeah, I like babies. The best bit is when you here them scream when you cut into them for the first cut of meat.

oh... Right, you mean living babies and having kids 'n' stuff... I feel sorry for people who are stuck with kids. All they do is bitch and moan about stuff. Kids should be like they were in the old days when the only entertainment they had was 10 TV channels, some of their parents records, maybe a computer, an Atari 3600, and whatever they could find that wasn't electronic. Kids today get bored of an ipad! Give an ipad to a kid in 1985 and you won't be able to make them let go of it!

Seriously though, having babies and kids is seriously expensive, and annoying.

And who in there right mind thinks they're cute? That's just a little creepy and look at them, they all have really punchable faces!

I would be a terrible parent...

 

We were all babies once.

But they can be very annoying, but also very cute but never in between.

I love babies. They're fun to care for. The crying, giggling, pooping, smiling, it's all wonderful. I'd much rather have to deal with a messy infant than sit next to adults who poop themselves during meal times. That, that is not fun.

Yes, babies are amazing and every minute spent with them are a blessing. However once they turn 6 i'm done. They're all bratty by then because of crappy parents and schooling.

 

Cute, but messy. Don't think I'll ever have one because I'm afraid to disappoint them.

 

Love babies and children as well. Its the pre-teen age I get awkward with. Not sure if I should talk to them like adults... Or like children. And most times they are way too energetic and it annoys me

 

Love being an uncle. Kids are all cute and stuff and every time there is a problem I just hand them back to my sister. I wouldn't trust myself to take care of one of my own though.

 

I'm actually surprised to see how many positive votes were made, the attitude I most commonly see within the queer community is that children are evil and if you like them there must be something wrong with you.

I don't like human babies. However, I think kittens are adorable, and the same goes for some other young animals.

I can tolerate children, at least for a few hours, sometimes we seem to be on the same wavelength. If you put a gun to my head, well, I might admit I have a soft spot for children. I've been claiming (especially when I was a teenager) that I hate everything to do with children. My friends might go into shock, if they read this, but maybe I'm just more evil than folks could ever imagine.

Oh, and if you think children can be competitive vicious, you should see some adults playing musical chairs!

 

I don't like babies, but they are necessary for making school-age kids and adults, so they're okay I guess XD.

I think babies are cool for the most part, but I'm very glad I don't have to take care of one. They produce a lot of waste and cry a lot, and so I'm happy just to play with a baby for ten minutes or so, and then hand them back and get on with my life.

I'm one of those people that makes faces at people's children in grocery stores

You are SOOOO CUTE!!! I do this too, but I also like making scary faces to spoiled brats who dont stop at crying. :lol:
