Many people in the US seemed rather obsessed with weight, and even I have found that I want to lose a bit.

I'm quite small, maybe 5'6"-ish and I weigh about 145 now, which feels way too huge. I used to weigh 130 in college, so I plan to go back to that weight.

I have given up eating meat, and it's been two weeks now, also, I have cut out sodas, limiting to just one or two a week as a treat. So I think I've lost maybe 3 pounds in 2 weeks, and hope I can keep going at the pace of about a pound a week, so down to 142.

Other people I know wanna gain weight.

Myself, I don't like a muscular look; I like to look thin and lean.

    So how about people here?

I'd prefer to lose some weight, I'm technically overweight right now and looking to change it. I just miss fitting into my old clothes and I want my boobs to be smaller ):

I am 5 foot 8 inches 147 pounds, but I have been working out and losing weight using 2 dumbbells and walking. 145 pounds at 5 foot 6 inches is normal weight, upper range though. If you are a male, then it would be thinner then normal. I used to way 140 but I gained weight.

I'm 5'11 and around 154 pounds, so I'm happy with my weight.

I'm 5'7 and I'm 115 pounds, so I'm slightly underweight, but I still consider myself healthy.

No matter how much I eat, or try to work out, I can NEVER even gain a pound.

Oh well, just gotta keep trying.

I'd like to loose weight. Maybe 40Ibs or so. As I am overweight for my height.

I'm actually required to gain weight right now, but I'm pretty comfortable at the weight I'm at.

    I also want to hit 130! (!)
    I'm similar body-wise. I'm 5'5" and currently weigh 139.

At my lowest weight I was 115lbs, which I achieved through strict dieting and exercising, but I was super miserable and had zero energy. Also, always in a bad mood. I thought I looked great though, but apparently everyone was worried about me. So I must have looked like shit.

I'm around 5'9 and the skinniest I've been has been around 160lbs. At that weight I was running and training for 2 half marathons per year. I just couldn't go lower. Now, I'm around 190-200lbs, so I did gain quite a bit. Interestingly, I still wear the same shirt size. I'd like to go to 150 someday but not sure if my body is even meant for that weight. However, even when I look at myself in the mirror and know I can stand to lose quite some weight, I don't actually feel "obese." I will say, though, some of that weight is probably muscle; my body can't actually "float" without effort in water; my legs sink quite easily and the rest of my body follows.

Gain 15 pounds or so  I was planning on donating blood next month, but they have a 110lb minimum weight requirement. Soo for the next couple of weeks i'm going to be packing carbs

Although it wouldn't hurt for me to gain some muscle, at least I can pull off a convincing Dipper Pines cosplay.

Personally, I'd like to stay where I'm at (around 130) but I'd also like to get rid of my small stomach "hump" so if I lose weight by doing so I wouldn't mind

I need to gain 10-20 pounds. I am 5'6 and weight about 100 lbs. No idea how to do that though. I eat for two people and gain no weight.

I'd been trying to lose weight, and then they told me I was underweight and I still wasn't satisfied.
Better if I could just move it, I could bear to be a bit bigger in the hips or whatever

I'm 5'1 and use to weigh 112 pounds...which wasn't close to overweight but I wasn't skinny either. I was depressed and often forgot to eat, and now I'm down to 94-96 pounds... Still not satisfied though. I have an unhealthy obsession with seeing the number go up or down.
