have you seen the new five nights at freddies 4 trailer? is anyone into or like five nights at freddies? I love the complex story but too much of a wimp to play it :tears:
THe only game I actually got was fnaf 2 (could never get past night six because of either the puppet or foxy) I always like horror games that take place from the perspective of a child, it makes you feel all the more vulnerable. I'm interested in who the hell this kid is. Is he connected to phone guy, purple guy, or any of the night guards?
Just a jump scare factory so it's bleh to me. Surprised it has stayed popular for so long. Gotta play a game like PT (RIP) or maybe Neverending Nightmares for some good scare.
Yeah the jumpscares do get pretty boring and the tension from the jumpscares turns into the frustration of dying :bang: The fact that it is from a childs POV is gonna make it much scarier and the fact that the games now in a house. This means more hiding places like the closet - does this mean the animatronics are gay!? :eusa_danc The only game that disappointed my was FNAF 3. just one animatronic got really old really fast. I think the 3rd was mainly story content though.
I used to be kinda bothered by the fact they were really "milking" this series, but I think I get it now. It's just like any other horror series. It has an obscene amount of sequels twisting the original premise in weird directions. Only, it's short enough and Markiplier's reactions are funny enough that I'm looking forward to all the inevitable sequels.
Milking a series is an unfortunate inevitability nowadays. Although if the games had been released with longer intervals then that might have drawn us away from the way the FNAF series is being dragged and carried on. I'm glad that this is the final one
I guess people who want to copy what youtubers do. I probably wouldn't get them since I enjoy the story and theories behind the FNAF series and people just want to be able to say that they have the FNAF games because hype is what sells the games it seems(!)
Though it should be considered how Scott (the developer) has managed to keep the gameplay fresh each time. He could have just reused the same mechanics and milked the series, thrown out the story, etc. Each game brings something different to the table. I'm surprised he churns these out so quickly, really.
I really only get into horror games with a lot of atmosphere. In that regard, Fnaf is a bit of a miss for me
Well it would appear Scott has no idea what a release date is and it's out early like the last few games :U
