So I decided to come out to my parents through a letter coz I simply don't have enough guts to tell them that to their faces . I gave dem the letter ( well pace it in a place they are sure 2 c it ) I did this 2night I thought I could sleep but I simply cat stop thinkin what might happen n I have a very wild imagination . The anticipation is just killing me.

Just be honest with them when they ask you about it. They are your parents, the will love you no matter what

I hope they are loving and reasonable. If sleeplessness goes on for more than one night I might recommend a basic sleeping aid (pill). I know I've needed them. I'm not depressed nor suicidal but I am anxious and they helped me get to sleep.

Just breathe and try to stay calm. Better yet, distract yourself with something light and funny. And when they do talk to you, do try to be honest with them. They're your parents, after all, they need the truth.

    Good luck

Well done lost sole. Fantastic that it is working out. Please give them time to get used to it though. Even though they suspected it's still a shock to the system!
But hey, have a banana! (!)

Sounds like your not a "Lost Sole" anymore. Maybe time for a new name with your new beginning.

Hopefully, they will be accepting of you. In many cases, they are. If you can't sleep, take Benadryl. That stuff knocks you right out in my experience.
