Have you ever tried online dating? I've been pretty successful so far, so you should most definitely give it a try

Here's an old proverb that still rings true: If there is a will, there is a way.

Through a lot of trial, and a little error, you'll find the modes of seeking and securing dates that work for you. Your set of modes may not work for me for whatever reason. They'll be your modes.

    Go forth and date!

Online dating, especially if you live in a conservative area. At least you know the ladies on there are lesbians. My lesbian friends recommended that route. They are all married (and now legally married!).

I'll put it out there just because it's much maligned on this site. While I met people through LGBT groups, choirs, teams, book clubs, etc. My real dating pretty much revolved around gay bars. I don't really drink much but I enjoy getting together and hanging out with other gay people in that sort of setting and had very good luck meeting great people, both as friends and to date, in that setting. It allows you to meet people in real life in a setting that is casual and non-committal. I met my partner of 17 years in a gay bar.

My mother's dating advice was "Think about the kind of person you'd like to date, and go where you think they would go."
