    I'm from norcal! I live in a suburb of San Francisco, but I go to college near Seattle, so at this point in my life I'm usually only in California for about 4-5 months.

    I really love that, though.

    Nothing too exciting ever happens, but it's peaceful. The only downside is the school I live close to...

    Rochester, NY, 7 or so hours from NYC, about mid way between Buffalo and Syracuse, two working class cities. We're situated on Lake Ontario and the Finger lakes to the south. Wine and apple country. We're largely white collar. A ton of research is done here in the medical field. Home of Wegmans. If you don't have a Wegmans, you've can't possibly do any serious grocery shopping.
