Favorite fruits/berries

Strawberries and raspberries.

 

Without a doubt, it would have to be raspberries. My favorite is raspberry shortcake. I make it with a dark chocolate biscuit (not sweet), fresh from the farm raspberries with a bit of Chambord to release the juices, and home-made whipped cream from this one incredible dairy in town. Although just fresh berries with zabaione is lighter and more refreshing on a warm day.

water melon and mango. i also love black berries because they have some good memories attached, although the seeds getting stuck in my teeth drives me nuts.

 

Rainier cherries have to be my absolute favorite followed closely by blackberries, mulberries and blueberries.
