Yes. It is normal to not like oral, anal, or vaginal sex. It's also normal to like any (or all) of them.
That's perfectly fine to not be into oral. There are certain things we're all into or not into sexually. I know several gay guys who don't like giving (and some receiving) oral. It doesn't mean there's something wrong with you, you just don't like it. There are things I've liked my partners haven't and vice-versa. We're all different.
I'll parrot everyone else, nothing wrong with not liking something. That's just how you are and that is ok! Heck I don't like kissing much at all, we've all got things we don't like.
